How can I take care of my jewelry?+
- Avoid chemicals: Keep jewelry away from perfume, cosmetics, shampoo, dish soap and other chemicals.
- Avoid impact and scratches: Remove jewelry before exercising, housework or heavy labor.
- Keep dry: Do not wear jewelry while bathing, swimming or sweating heavily.
- Clean regularly: Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Use an appropriate polishing cloth when needed.
- Store separately: Keep pieces in their original box or a soft pouch in a cool, dry place.
Will you be adding more available sizes in the future?+

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?+
For in-stock products, we ship within one week. Handmade or customized products usually take 15–25 working days, depending on the chosen design.
How do I choose my wrist size?+
Measure your wrist snugly, add 2 cm (approximately 0.8 inch), then select that final size for a comfortable and natural fit.
How much does shipping cost?+
Delivery is free for purchases over $100. Otherwise, delivery is $7.
Do I need to create an account to order?+
No, it is not mandatory. An account is recommended because it lets you find your order history, edit addresses and track parcels faster.
